Last year we met with Leslie to discuss buying our first home. She was punctual, professional, and extremely attentive to what we were looking for in our home. We thought we would have a difficult time finding the perfect home because we had so many things that were important to us. We wanted something historic, but recently renovated. Something charming, but spacious and modernized and we also had to have a large, private back yard for our pup. Oh, and we also only wanted to buy in one particular (and highly sought out) neighborhood. We truly believed ourselves to be problem clients.
Leslie soon proved to be up to the challenge and within a short time had found a house that was about to begin renovations and would check all of our ‘wish list’ items for our home. She was able to coordinate the plans with the sellers so that we could see the vision they had for the historic home. We fell in love with the plans, the lot, and the concept provided by the sellers. Leslie was able to negotiate the sellers into providing Intent to Sell, limiting our liability and ensuring that when completed we would be first in line to make an offer.
Throughout the process (and because we saw the whole permitting and building phases – it was truly a process), Leslie’s dedication in communicating (often on weekends or evening hours), pursuing, and following up on the large and small details culminated into one of the smoothest moving transitions we have ever gone through. Throughout the process she was extremely professional and hardworking and because of that, she ensured that we would be able to close on our dream home.
We’re now happily moved in and are so grateful Leslie was there to help us through this process and feel as though we would not have been able to find this home (or guarantee we could get it before it hit market) without her hard work. There’s a reason why she’s one of Keller Williams’ top selling agents and we now know why.
