Leslie came highly recommended and it is one of the best professional recommendations I have ever received and I will certainly use her again! She was truly an expert. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Leslie for both buying our first single family home and selling our condo. Leslie went above and beyond in so many ways throughout the selling and buying process. For the selling process she really showed her knowledge of how to best market the condo, and what to do to help make it sell. She provided a lot of valuable information for the process, to help us be ready, and everything went smoothly on our side through the sales process. For the buying process, Leslie’s knowledge of the intown Atlanta single family home market was very valuable. In addition she was always positive even when we were starting to feel like we were never going to find our new home. We were very particular about what we wanted and the market was very aggressive with homes going under contract as soon as they listed. We had her show us numerous properties, and we even had spur of the moment showings that we thought would be close calls, but no matter what Leslie kept reminding us that we would find our “perfect house” and we eventually did just as she predicted. Leslie really understood what we were looking for in a home and helped us find it. Furthermore, Leslie was always willing to listen to our concerns and questions. She answered hundreds of questions and has provided numerous service recommendations for our new home. I highly recommend Leslie and her team!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Morningside - Lenox Park, Atlanta, GA.

Leslie goes the extra mile. In my case, the property for sale was built in 1928 and needed a buyer willing to make a significant investment in infrastructure and home improvements. It was a challenge to say the least to find a buyer at a price that I needed to get the money I needed. Leslie never lost her enthusiasm and she found that a buyer willing to pay 420K, less than 5% of list price. This more than met my financial requirements. I was literally able to retire and move to my favorite island! I can't recommend Leslie highly enough! P.S. Did I mention that this was the second miracle? Two years ago Leslie sold a home I owned in Atlanta before the for sale sign hit the ground!

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $275K in Cabbagetown, Atlanta, GA.

Leslie is, in short, the best. It was such a relief to have her help when we were buying our house! She is so knowledgeable, skilled, and on top of everything that it all fell into place easily and we got the best possible price for the house we really wanted. Leslie has impeccable integrity, and she will always let you know what to be aware of when considering a property. She clearly takes joy in helping her clients find their perfect home.

Bought a home in 2014.

When it came time to begin the search for our first home purchase, we didn't even consider any other agents as Leslie came so highly recommended to us by so many close friends. Everything we heard about her was completely true in our experience - she's extremely knowledgeable about intown neighborhoods; honest and patient, offering guidance through every step of the process; tough when she needs to be; and someone you will quickly consider friend. While our experience was relatively quick and easy (we fell in love with the second house we visited), we would have been lost along the way without Leslie. She was fearless and selfless during the negotiations process, and we always felt like she had our backs. Now, several months after closing and moving into our new home, Leslie is still available to help us when "new homeowner" questions arise. Leslie will be our agent - and friend! - for years to come.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Grant Park, Atlanta, GA.

Leslie was patient with me and was not afraid to say “this is not your home” when we would look at a place. That was reassuring to me, not only that she clearly wasn’t just out for a sale, but also that she quickly learned what would and wouldn’t work for me. I'd of course recommend Leslie (and have!) to anyone. I know that I had the best possible agent in town. She was perfect to work with — not a single problem. It was an A+ experience.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in Grant Park, Atlanta, GA.

Last year we met with Leslie to discuss buying our first home. She was punctual, professional, and extremely attentive to what we were looking for in our home. We thought we would have a difficult time finding the perfect home because we had so many things that were important to us. We wanted something historic, but recently renovated. Something charming, but spacious and modernized and we also had to have a large, private back yard for our pup. Oh, and we also only wanted to buy in one particular (and highly sought out) neighborhood. We truly believed ourselves to be problem clients.

Leslie soon proved to be up to the challenge and within a short time had found a house that was about to begin renovations and would check all of our ‘wish list’ items for our home. She was able to coordinate the plans with the sellers so that we could see the vision they had for the historic home. We fell in love with the plans, the lot, and the concept provided by the sellers. Leslie was able to negotiate the sellers into providing Intent to Sell, limiting our liability and ensuring that when completed we would be first in line to make an offer.

Throughout the process (and because we saw the whole permitting and building phases – it was truly a process), Leslie’s dedication in communicating (often on weekends or evening hours), pursuing, and following up on the large and small details culminated into one of the smoothest moving transitions we have ever gone through. Throughout the process she was extremely professional and hardworking and because of that, she ensured that we would be able to close on our dream home.

We’re now happily moved in and are so grateful Leslie was there to help us through this process and feel as though we would not have been able to find this home (or guarantee we could get it before it hit market) without her hard work. There’s a reason why she’s one of Keller Williams’ top selling agents and we now know why.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Grant Park, Atlanta, GA.

There is nothing Leslie can't do!

As a first time home buyer, Leslie walked my wife and I through the process with ease. She took the vision we had for our home and made it all possible. She is an expert at what she does. She provided leadership during negotiation, she listened to our needs, and she could not have communicated any clearer throughout our buying process.

If you're not using Leslie, you're selling yourself short. She makes home buying a stress free process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Lindridge - Martin Manor, Atlanta, GA.

I am the kind of person who hates dealing with business or house hunting or any of the things that come with real estate. Leslie completely understood me and made the whole process relatively painless. She is a true pro and very easy to be around.
