I should update my answer with functionality we have added since my first answer: You may use the "Edit home location feature" feature to adjust it. Here are the steps.1. Log in to your Zillow account.2. Go to the Home Details Page of your address.3. Next, click on Edit home location at the left of the page.4. Click on Edit Position, move the orange house icon to the correct location on the map.5. Click on Save Position.
The aerial imagery comes from Microsoft. Sometimes Microsoft's imagery does not line up precisely with an address. Someone looking to see the home can zoom in or out, and move around the image to look at the house. If you ever offer the home for sale on Zillow, you can tell Zillow's computers where the home is, which will give us a better reference point to make future calls to the Microsoft imagery. Of course, you can always post your own photo of the home as well, which we would be very happy to show. Thanks. Liam
The 01/07/2003 transaction was excluded from the calculation of the Zestimate value, and Zillow simply provides a note pointing that out. There are any number of reasons transactions may be excluded. Zestimate valuations are a starting point for consumers to assess value. They are not appraisals, and you bank should not rely on them as such. See http://www.zillow.com/howto/Zestimate.htm.
Go back to the "overview" page for this homeScroll down to the bottom -- there is a button for "contact the owner." Looks like it is a for sale buy owner. This is how you get in touch with the seller when a home is for sale on Zillow.
