I bought a $250K home through Team Churchill in 2009. As a househunting Soldier, my time to look around before arriving was limited. After giving Libby my family's priorities, she showed me 14 homes that met my criteria in a single day. We ended up buying the first home we saw and could not be happier with our purchase.
When it came time to leave in 2012, we did not even consider using another agent to sell the house. Through Libby's diligence, the home was on the market for only 30 days. As often happens in the military, my orders were deleted. Libby was able work through the unique obstacles that were presented - all with a positive attitude.
