If you are looking for somebody who will work hard for you, make time for you, listen to your needs and wants, and give you the personal attention you don't find with many real estate agents.. Then look no further. Libby Rogers is your gal. Although we decided to remodel our existing home and did not make a purchase, she was still willing to help us with referrals for lenders specializing in construction loans. She didn't turn her back on us even though there was nothing it it for her. An absolute pleasure to work with. Very hard working. She knows the San Diego and Riverside County market like nobody else we had worked with before. Kept the viewings in our budget, and always offere her professional opinion and advise. We will never work with anybody but Libby for our real estate needs..

Libby Rogers has been the absolute best agent I have worked with. Libby goes out of her way to respond and act quickly, as this is extremely important in this market. She is honest, experienced and will go the extra mile to help you in your home purchase. Thank you Libby!
When I decided to purchase my home I had a strict budget and a FHA loan. I knew the process would be a challenge, so I chose Libby Rogers to represent me. Libby has the knowledge of the area, market and tools to help with your budget. If I didn't have Libby, I don’t think I could have successfully purchased my home. The market was changing, cash buyers were taking over, the inventory was diminishing and I had little cash to work with. With Libby's hard work, and her diligent assistant I purchased my home. Libby and her team are fantastic! They are caring and completely keep your best interest in mind during the home buying process.
With that said, I completely and highly recommend Libby Rogers to everyone considering home buying. Libby has made me, a single parent a home owner. THANK YOU!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Escondido, CA.
Libby is an absolutely fantastic agent. She works tireless for you - even though she is a highly sought after agent you will feel as though you are her only client. Libby is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate market, and will find the exact property and deal you are looking for. My fiancé and I have worked with her on two purchases, have recommended her to friends and family, and will continue to work with her in the future!

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Tierrasanta, San Diego, CA.
Libby is amazing. Period. If you need an honest, ethical, and hard working agent, look no further. She took us around almost all of San Diego looking for potential homes, and when we finally found one, she worked tirelessly for us and responded diligently to any and all of our requests! My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and I am extremely cautious and weary into making big decisions. She made us feel very comfortable from offer to closing, even through dealing with an extremely difficult seller and situation. Libby is a rare agent who absolutely goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of, and really went above and beyond my expectations, which doesn't happen very often. I would absolutely recommend Libby to ANYONE looking to buy a home in San Diego County, and I will consult her for any real estate needs in the future. I can't say enough good things about her!

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA.
I have had several great buying experiences with Libby. She is an expert at getting the deal closed in this challenging real estate environment. I would and do recommend her to everyone!
She had my wants and I ended up purchasing the first home she showed me.
Got into the market as it was going up, just like Libby mentioned. I immediately came out of the situation with equity.
Libby knows the area well and also found me reasonable contractors to remove a wall, paint and make other minor upgrades at reasonable prices.
I will use Libby for all my San Diego real estate purchases.
