I was very pleased to have Libby as our agent in selling my mom's house. She was very confident in what we should ask and expect to get for the house and she was right. She was very helpful in ideas to add to the house, but yet be very thrifty in ways to do it and as a result of that I value her opinion very much. Any time I corresponded with her, whether e-mail, text, call or whatever, the response was immediate. I have never heard of another realtor (both of my daughters were trying to sell houses in different cities w/ other agencies) that would keep you posted on every transaction that happened w/ the house, i.e. - posted signs, showings, etc.) I have reccommeded her to everyone I know that needs a realtor and will continue to use her as more needs for myself arise. She keeps apprized of the latest technology to be able to make things easier for all parties concerned, such as signing through e-documents and such). Tops in my book!!…More Less
