I am a Retired Police Captain after 33 years in Law Enforcement. I have the training in Management, in Negotiation and in Protecting my Clients, this will help us get through this tragic situation. Are other experiences I have are 30+ years in the Agricultural Industry where my wife, Kathy and I were Owner/Operator of 100+ acres. We raised agriculture crops; tomatoes, sugar beets, beans and alfalfa. I am also a Certified Tax Preparer by IRS and State of California. I have been employed by Jackson Hewitt and H & R Block and for two years I managed their offices. I still hold my certifications as a Tax Preparer.
