Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in Napa, CA.
Linda was our third agent. She was great about getting us into see homes without delay. This was key in finding a nice place. She was able to find us our home in just over a week of working with her and helped with all necessary inspections. She explained unfamiliar areas of the home buying process and made sure everything was done on schedule to keep us on track for our closing. She was up on new listings and got them to me right away. She was also willing to offer a ride to see the property. I would recommend Linda to anyone in the market for a new house.

Bought a home in 2011.
Linda is a fantastic agent that worked tirelessly to get us the home we wanted. She was extremely patient with us, and ultimately got us into the best home we could have hoped for. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know looking for an agent in the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Saint Helena, CA.
Linda was awesome! We recommend her all the time! Never tired looking for the perfect home for us. she was honest and objective providing us with all the local community information on utilities, zoning. schools, etc. She made it simple... First, will the property provide the environment we want for a home? Second, will the property have resale value when we are ready to sell? She was a great negotiator setting up appropriate inspections of the property before we were bound to complete the purchase. She was diligent, through the close of escrow! The attorney in her helped us see and resolve issues that might cause problems at a later date. We have purchased and sold several homes, Linda is definitely the best realtor we have worked with!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $650K in Saint Helena, CA.
Linda Alioto is the BEST! She is such a professional and so knowledgeable about the market in the Napa Valley. We had an unknown "title" problem. Linda was so quick to explain what needed to be done. She contacted all the appropriate agencies and with her "lets get this done" attitue we were able to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the buyer. I strongly recommend Linda whether you're buying or selling a home, she is a "true professional".

I am very impressed with Linda Alioto. Linda is energetic, intelligent and well-organized. She has extensive knowledge of the Napa Valley real estate market and has excellent follow-through. She is very proactive, prepared and insightful. I was confident that she was in complete control of our transaction. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns and took the time necessary to be sure we understood all aspects of our home purchase.

Sold a home in 2009.
I cannot recommend Linda Alioto strongly enough! We had a very difficult escrow. Linda had the knowledge, tenacity and a great sense of humor when I really need it. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. She knows her market. I was also very impressed with the marketing tools she employed to sell our property. She went above and beyond my expectations. She remained in constant contact with us and made herself available to us at all times. She is a GREAT Realtor!
