Linda is the best!! We were living in Miami Beach and were looking at homes in the Jacksonville area; we were very specific in that we wanted a mid-century modern home, and wanted a real estate agent familiar with this style. We were thrilled that Linda has an architectural background and knew what we were looking for. Linda is great in that she truly helps you find what you want, and does not simply want to sell you a home, or sell you the home she likes; in other words, she maintains boundaries and protects your interests at all times, which can be pretty selfless when she is spending hours researching the MLS and driving all over Duval and St John's county. In the end, we found a short-sale property and Linda stayed on top of things for 9 months until we finally closed the sale... it was not an easy process, and Linda's help was priceless, and we love our home. When we finally sold our property in Miami Beach, we turned to Linda again to buy an investment property in the area and Linda was great, running financials spreadsheets on various properties, and even looking for properties that failed to sell and had been pulled from the market to expand our choices... we had a very limited time-frame to identify property because of tax reasons, we had 45 days, and Linda was the best. We just closed on our favorite choice, and I just had to write a review, as we are truly grateful for all of Linda's help. The other positive reviews below speak to Linda's skills and I won't try to repeat what others have said, I agree with it word for word.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Monclair, Jacksonville, FL.

Linda is the best!! Showed home in 2013 in Sampson, FL 32259.

Linda was very professional and listened to what we were looking for and worked closely with us to find a home that met our requirements. We looked at existing and new homes and she worked aggressively to find a suitable home in our budget in a very limited time frame. Since we were not from the area, she took time to explain in detail the pros and cons of the various areas and showed us homes in a number of different areas she felt would meet our requirements. Throughout our time of working with Linda, we always felt that she was truly our agent and was working in our best interest. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, capable and professional realtor.  More Less

Bought a home in 2009.

I don't think see negotiated the price in my behalf. I think she and her counterparts took advantage of a first time buyer. The property when built was sold for 148k, but when she negotiated as my realtor could not get the price below 209k...
