Greetings from beautiful Humboldt County. I have lived in Humboldt County for over 20 years and love it. I have been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and have had the incredible opportunity to assist buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. More Less
Humboldt County is a very unique area. It's pristine shoreline, clean rivers and magnificent redwoods draw people all over the world. It is a destination for tourist, outdoor enthusiasts and art buffs alike. Humboldt County is the home to Humboldt State University, and College of the Redwoods. The community is diverse as the topography and climate. The reason I enjoy living in Humboldt County the most is the community. It is small with 120,000 in the entire county and you have the opportunity to know a lot of people and friends, but is large enough to have activities, the arts, music and higher education.
Personnally, I enjoy hiking in the Redwoods, walking along the trails, seeing the many majestic sites and wildlife. I am a gardener and I always say anything will grow in Humboldt County, although tomatoes are a challenge along the coast. The climate ranges from and average of 60 degrees to the eastern part of the county which surpasses the 100 mark in the summer.
We have a diverse housing collection with historic Victorians, including the famous Carson Mansion to more modern and contemporary homes. Let me introduce you to Humboldt County and show you the joys of living and experience this wonderful place I call home.
