Greetings from beautiful Humboldt County. I have lived in Humboldt County for over 20 years and love it. I have been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and have had the incredible opportunity to assist buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions.
Humboldt County is a very unique area. It's pristine shoreline, clean rivers and magnificent redwoods draw people all over the world. It is a destination for tourist, outdoor enthusiasts and art buffs alike. Humboldt County is the home to Humboldt State University, and College of the Redwoods. The community is diverse as the topography and climate. The reason I enjoy living in Humboldt County the most is the community. It is small with 120,000 in the entire county and you have the opportunity to know a lot of people and friends, but is large enough to have activities, the arts, music and higher education.
Personnally, I enjoy hiking in the Redwoods, walking along the trails, seeing the many majestic sites and wildlife. I am a gardener and I always say anything will grow in Humboldt County, although tomatoes are a challenge along the coast. The climate ranges from and average of 60 degrees to the eastern part of the county which surpasses the 100 mark in the summer.
We have a diverse housing collection with historic Victorians, including the famous Carson Mansion to more modern and contemporary homes. Let me introduce you to Humboldt County and show you the joys of living and experience this wonderful place I call home.

Ratings & Reviews

Linda helped us with a very difficult move. We were coming from out of area and had very specific needs for two homes on one lot. Unfortunately we had a horrible appraisal experience- which Linda did her very best to rectify (though she had no obligation to do so). Because of the horrible appraisal experience we had to find another lender and she helped us with that as well. When push came to shove she made things happen for us in as timely a manner as possible. She knows the community well and can and does answer any question you have. I have already recommended her to several friends and they have said great things about her as well. In Humboldt I wouldn't go with anyone other than Linda for real estate needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Mckinleyville, CA.

Linda was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us in the purchase of our present home in Mckinleyville. She always responded promptly and thoroughly to any questions we had, and was always available to show us properties. Her website was also invaluable.

Linda has an extensive background in commercial real estate in Humboldt County. When we wanted an agent to help us buy unlisted property adjacent to our business that was essential to our company's growth, deciding who should represent us was not something we took lightly. Linda knows everyone in the community that has anything to do with real estate transactions. She saved us much time and money by referring us to helpful people, kept us appraised at every step of the transaction, and had an excellent relationship with the seller's agent. We will absolutely ask for her help in the future.  More Less
