Yes, it is still available for sale. The price has been reduced to $159,000 for a 4 bedroom. The last one sold for $154,000 and it only had 3 bedrooms and 1300 s.f. This unit has one of the largest patios as well. It is a short sale so the patient person is the winner of a very nice unit. Up above here it says it is 1064 s.f. not so, it is 1564 s.f.
