Welcome to Cary and congratulations on selecting the premier Cary, North Carolina representative!
The Cary market is unlike any other real estate market in the nation. With the Research Triangle Park being our main employer numerous hi-tech and biomedical companies are constantly moving their employees and families to the Cary area at a moment's notice.
In 1995, I was part of that experience. My family was part of a 700 family relocation to North Carolina with IBM. We were at the mercy of our real estate agent to find us a home in one weekend. This scenario is not unusual and I am vey empathetic to the families I assist because I have lived their experience during my move to North Carolina those many years ago.
I can use my experience as a former Wake Countyteacher to guide you and your family through the maze of school choices: top-rated schools, traditional/year-round calendar, magnet school, private schools, the list continues.
After years of raising my own children in Cary I have a vast knowledge of the city itself. My children participated in many school functions, city sponsored sports, park activities, neighborhood events, etc.
Finally, as a real estate agent I have considerable knowledge of the Cary neighborhoods. I can tell you which offer community pools, parks, play grounds. Which are within walking distance of the schools, proximity to shopping, parks, walking trails, etc.
