Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Linda Marshall sold 2 houses for me. One in 2009 and the other in 2010. They both sold in less than a month. One was in an extremely difficult market. Her dedication to the sale would be exhausting for most. She covers everything. From how to price the property to things to do to make it sell quicker to contract issues. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and you can tell it is her passion. What I find refreshing about her is her honesty and straight-forwardness. I have called her after the sales were finalized for advice and she has always been available and given me so much invaluable information. I will never use another realtor. She is definitely on my "A" list and I highly recommend her to sell your property.…More Less

Linda is very easy to deal with. She has a great deal of experience and local knowledge. She watches the local markets like a hawk and will keep you apprised of the situation at all times. If it is too much information you can always ask her to dial back but personally I found it fascinating and informative. Certainly she will never keep you in the dark.
I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for her to call / text me back either.
Linda's style is to tell it how it is and be direct but pleasant. I found this to be exremely refreshing in a world of marketing double talk. You always know where you are with her.
So overall an excellent experience. I cannot recommend Linda strongly enough.…More Less
