Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Albany, GA.
Linda is superb and extremely helpful without the hassles of her own agenda. First, she listened to my requirements, providing me with the criteria I sought on a house. Second, she strategically arranged houses to see in methods whereby houses were grouped for seeing in the same neighborhoods, thereby saving time. When I knew a house wouldn't work, she listened when I said so and we departed. She offered her insights and when I narrowed down the prospects to a few, she assisted me in seeing the strengths and weakness on the remaining few. After making a decision on which house to buy, she made the arrangements for the various inspections, which I highly recommend, as the various inspections revealed matters which had to be, and were remedied. Linda not only arranged for the inspectors, she was present on the day of the inspections. She included provisions into the contract that I had overlooked. After we had a contract, Linda continued to work for me. She provided me with the various addresses and contacts for the electric, water, and a locksmith. She even trimmed the overhanging tree branches when the county informed her, while she was at the property ensuring the necessary repairs were being properly done, the branches were obstructing the view at the intersection. She went above and beyond the call of duty in that effort. Linda provided me a phone book for the area, which has been useful. Finally, Linda stayed on top of my lender, who seemed to be remise in their responsiveness for closing. I personally believe, as I had also dealt with my lender, that but for Linda's efforts with my lender, that the closing would not have occurred on the date required. While all is a highly positive rating, such feedback is not helpful, if there is not constructive feedback allowing room for improvement. I had bought a home warranty, and I am pleased that I did. What I did not realize at the time Linda recommended it, was that in addition to the cost of the home warranty, there is an additional $100 call for each call made pursuant to the warranty. Ensure that future buyers fully understand that home warranties cost more than the initial purchase price, thereby managing the buyer's expectations making the buyer more informed before deciding to buy a home warranty. Linda made this home buying experience enjoyable and pleasant. If you want an agent who listens to you, is not pushing her own agenda, and goes above the call of an agent, I highly recommend Linda Turpin for your next home purchase,; she is all that is written and so much more! Thank you Linda, and God Bless.

Bought a home in 2014.
Ms Turpin is not only the most professional real estate agent, but I believe she is the most honest one in the business. She goes above and beyond for her clients, whether she is representing the seller or the buyer. She will have our business from here after.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Albany, GA.
LInda Turpin goes above and beyond!. Moving can be extremely stressful, but she does everything to make it go as smooth as possible. She is honest, is quick to get back to you and is an extremely hard worker. We have moved all over the country and she is by far one of the hardest working realtors I have ever used.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Albany, GA.
I would have been lost in this home purchase process if it had not been for Linda. My husband's job requires him to work many hours, so with me having to step in as the key contact person, needless to say, I felt as if I was out of my league! We had lived in our previous home for 23 years, which was our entire marriage. We both were nervous about the process. We had heard so many rumors about how tough it was to buy a house after the recent housing market chaos. Linda walked us through the entire process with ease. She always made herself available to us at our convenience. Linda shared her vast knowledge of the ins and outs of purchasing a home - things that she had learned from her years of experience. She made this entire process actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Linda Turpin. I cannot imagine anyone else that could have guided us as professionally, and as friendly as Linda.

We connected, but it did not work out.
The reason I am giving her 5 stars on everything is because she helped me out and saved me from some one that was a fake and was trying to take what money I do have put aside for a home. And she went out of her way to help someone who isnt even in her state. I am in PA and she took the time out to find out about a home that was posted on another site was a fake listing. and I want to thank Linda for her help!!! thank you thank you thank you!!! now only if I can find someone to help me find a home. I would be greatful!! thanks again linda for your help
