Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Sedro Woolley, WA.
Linda spent 2 years working with us on finding just the right home. She asked us what our price point was and what features we wanted in a home. She respected our wants and did not try to push us into looking at homes that did not fit our parameters. She was quick to point out the pros and cons of a property, even if the con turned us away from a purchase. We respected her honesty and felt that she was really working to find us the right home, not just to make a sale. After viewing a home, Linda did not pressure us for a decision, she always gave us time to think it over and waited to hear from us. When we found a home we were ready to make an offer on, Linda helped us to negotiate the best deal. She would offer suggestions based on her experience, but always let us make the decision as to what our offer would be. During negotiations several odd situations came up. Linda was always quick to find answers to our questions and made sure we understood everything, every step of the way.
