As a resident and home owner for the Sonoma County area for the past 20 years, I am excited to bring my area expertise, honesty and dedication to help sellers in the Sonoma County area. As a long-time member of the Guerneville community and a Realtor for seven years, I have a deep knowledge of real estate throughout the area. I've also lived through the ups and downs, the festivals and floods and know how to work with buyers, sellers and their agents. My focus is always on my clients. I work hard to ensure that your needs come first. My background in local real estate includes association with two of the biggest firms in Guerneville: Frank Howard Allen and Herth Wine Country Real Estate. During those years I gained a wealth of knowledge about selling and buying real estate along the Russian River and in Sonoma County. Recently, my partner and I decided to relocate in Santa Rosa. In preparation for this move, I have affiliated myself with Keller Williams Realty in Santa Rosa, an outstanding national company with 450 offices Nation Wide and a wealth of resources far beyond what local Guerneville companies offer.When it comes time to negotiate for your property I am well prepared and experienced.
