Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Greenville, RI.
As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous and did not know any agent to contact. I got a few names from my colleagues, but I found Linda on Zillow. I decided to contact her based on numerous good reviews about her on Zillow. I feel that I was very fortunate to find her. She was a very knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated agent. She was the first and the only agent whom I worked with, so I do not have any other agents I can compare. However, I cannot imagine anyone better than her to find my first house in a great neighborhood. She was also very patient with me with many questions, and I truly felt that she was looking for a house as if she was helping to find a house for her own family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a superb agent with extreme kindness.

Sold a Apartment home in 2013 in Woonsocket, RI.
After reading the reviews about Linda on this website, my husband called Linda to ask her to list the house he owned in Woonsocket. Linda met with the tenants who lived there, wrote an appraisal, and recommended a competitive listing price. Knowing it was a "seller's market," imagine how pleased we were to receive a contract only eleven days after the house was listed! Because we live in Texas, Linda did many tasks that we would have done had we not lived 1500 miles away. She drove past the vacant house daily to provide security, and she met repairmen and inspectors at the house numerous times to prepare for the closing. Unfortunately my husband met with a fatal accident three weeks before the property was scheduled to close. Additionally, the day before the initial closing date, copper thieves broke in and caused $10,000.00 worth of damage. Linda immediately went to work, meeting with police, assuring the buyers, scheduling repairmen, and securing the property; at one point, she crawled through the basement window because the damaged door would not open. Due to my husband's death, addtional forms had to be filed with the Rhode Island Division of Taxation and the City of Woonsocket to avoid delays and liens. Since Linda has a working relationship with local professionals in all fields she referred me to a CPA and an attorney who filed forms with little notice. Because of Linda's tenacity, communication skills, and professionalism, the house finally closed. I recommend her without reservation to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the State of Rhode Island. If she can accomplish the closing of my husband's house in Woonsocket, there is no task too daunting for her to achieve.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Pawtucket, RI.
It was a pleasure working with Linda. She was an extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and responsive professional throughout the long and oftentimes stressful home buying process. She was never too busy to return a call or to answer any of the many questions I had. She was, by far, the most competent of all the parties involved in my home purchase. To say I highly recommend Linda is an understatement.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Blackstone, MA.
Linda had to be the nicest,most courteous, professional realtor I have ever worked with. I knew from the first time we met that Linda was the realtor for myself, I felt comfortable with her and she was very positive about the property, and upfront about the negative aspects as well.
Linda was persistent through out the year, as the first offer did not go through. This didn't stop her, she actually brought me three more offers on the property and the last one was the charm. During this time frame I was always confident that my personal information was safe with her.
She obviously is one of the top ranking Realtors in the area. She is knowledgeable about the markets in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island , is aggressive and motivated , and up to date with all the rules regulations and laws concerning the sale and transfer of real estate.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Pawtucket, RI.
Linda helped us immensely through a very trying short sale. Throughout she was the ultimate professional. Every question we had was answered and every problem was solved. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone(and actually have already).

Bought a home in 2011.
Being a first time home buyer I knew little about real estate or where to start. I contacted Linda because she had such great reviews on Zillow. Those reviews proved to be accurate because I found Linda to be very passionate about her work as a real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to her clients' needs. Throughout my home buying experience Linda kept an open line of communication and always made herself available. She is a top-notch agent and I highly recommend her!

Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Woonsocket, RI.
I began working with Linda while Deployed to Kuwait. Evan Half a world away Linda was able to meet all my needs. Linda was able to arrange many showings when i came home on 2 weeks leave. we settled on a house. Linda was able to use her knowledge to help us make an good offer to purchase a new home. Linda helped us line up home inspection and electrical inspection and fire inspection to give us a true cost of repairs. Linda followed thru on everything that needed to be done. Linda made sure the closing was accomplioshed with out any problems.
after closing Linda followed up on fire coding and electrical issues to satify the mortgage requirerments.
I would tell anyone looking to purchase a home to contact Linda. She is the Best Thank you Linda

Bought a home in 2011.
Linda was our buyers agent for our recent home purchase. She was terrific!
Obviously we weren't Linda's only clients, however she made us feel like we were.
She was always quick to respond. She took care of everything and made the process
smooth and easy. She was also willing to work around my work schedule, which I am so thankful for.
