Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in West Cambridge, Cambridge, MA.
We both bought and sold a house with Lisa and Lindsay and found them always responsive and responsible...and fun, to boot. Both are very knowledgeable about the market, but because they each have a very wide range of other interests they bring a lot of diverse experience to bear on their relations with their clients. We unhesitatingly recommend them.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Peabody, Cambridge, MA.
I began working with Lindsay roughly 25 years ago on the purchase of my first house. He and Lisa have been my agents for several properties that I and close family members have bought or sold over the years. When buying they guided us to great value properties quickly and efficiently. They helped us close transactions advantageously. When selling they helped us price properties realistically using appropriate comparables,then prepare, and stage properties, to achieve a strong price quickly.
Intelligence, integrity, loyalty, and a wonderful sense of humor and irony are only part of what they bring to a relationship and part of what makes working with these ladies such a pleasure.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $675K in Cambridgeport, Cambridge, MA.
I looked for my first home with Lindsay in 1985 in cambridge, and have returned to Lindsay and Lisa for every real estate transaction since, both personal and an investment property. They're very very easy to work with and effective, tell it to you straight. If they say let's look at a place, they know you don't want your time wasted -- it's worth seeing. They've been very good at helping figure out what needs to be done - and what not - to sell two properties I've had in Cambridge. Their longevity in the local market means they know the properties inside and out. And they seem to like what they do - a pleasure all around.

We sold a condo in mid Cambridge and bought a single family in West Cambridge, both with the help and expertise of Lindsay and Lisa. They were consultative, truly knowledgable professionals- we benefitted from their years of experience, high ethics and friendly demeanors. Highly recommended!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Belmont, MA.
Lindsay helped us sell our house some years ago, and more recently, for the past year, she and Lisa showed us a number of properties before we found just what we wanted to buy in Cambridge. So we have worked with them both as sellers and as buyers. They are both very knowledgable about Cambridge, and are both super talented business people-- on the seller's side, from pricing to evaluating offers, to getting to closing, and on the buyer's side, they are creative and determined. With their collective experience, they have seen every kind of thing in this business, and they can handle it. They are incredibly professional, have great knowledge of the market, and they are lovely people to work with as well.

Bought a Condo home in 2003 in Peabody, Cambridge, MA.
In 2003 I worked with them to buy my first condo as a single woman in my early 30s. Lisa and I have always stayed in close touch, and now a few years later, she remains my go to person for thinking about the next step for me and my family. She always takes the long view, which means she always has my best interests at heart. There have been times over the years when I thought I might be ready for a move, but we determined that really it might not the be the exact right time. She has patiently stuck with me and now that I am ready to make a move, Lisa is right there and ready to help me with a new search! She is always interested in understanding your actual circumstances, and finding a place that not only suits your needs now, but will make sense looking a few years ahead. I highly recommend Lindsay and Lisa - you will always get great advice, the truth, and enthusiasm!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Mid-Cambridge, Cambridge, MA.
We worked with Lisa & Lindsay on a complex transaction to purchase a single family home in Cambridge in early 2012. Being new to the single family real estate market in the city, we relied heavily on their expertise to guide us through the process of finding the home to raise our family. We quickly found out how competitive the market was and how quickly and decisively we needed to move. Lisa & Lindsay were excellent advisers and shepherds; attentive, always available, knowledgeable of all aspects of the local market and creative when it came to finding the right home for us. We couldn't (and wouldn't) recommend anyone else to work with other than Lisa & Lindsay. You will be in great hands with them!

Lindsay and Lisa have been patiently helping us look at properties in Cambridge for many years. They are exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and, importantly in my view, they clearly have our best interests at heart. This is sadly in contrast to other real estate agents we have worked with over the years. I can't recommend them highly enough.
