Lindsey Acton, is a very professional agent she will go the length to get you into your house. She is a woman that knows how to get things done. When we were buying our house in Anaheim, Ca. Lindsey was available to answer our questions in a timely manor. Always had a smile even through the closing part of our home. I would recommend her for any project weather it is a regular home loan or a VA loan she knows her way around the paper work to make the purchase of your new home easy and as stress free as possible.

I have had the privilege of working with Lindsey Acton on a number of real estate transactions. Each time, I have been more impressed by her professionalism and dedication to her clients. She is a class act, a shining star in the top tier of her vocation.
Real estate transactions have many moving parts. There are multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests, and various service providers who must be managed. Many people believe that selling residential real estate is easy. It is not. Buyers and sellers don't see and often don't appreciate the work that goes on behind the scenes and how hard agents work to put transactions together and keep them together.
Real estate agents have to be marketers, negotiators, problem solvers, salespeople, chauffeurs, ringleaders, couriers, and counselors. Few agents do all of these things satisfactorily. Fewer do them well. None do them with as much grace as Lindsey.
More than anything, I admire how much Lindsey gives of herself. She truly cares about her clients. Many times, I have seen her go beyond what anyone could reasonably expect an agent to do. At all hours. I believe that she does this because she sees her buyers and sellers as people who need her help and deserve great service, even when they don’t appreciate it. I hope Lindsey’s clients know how lucky they are to have found her.
I am proud to endorse Lindsey Acton. She is truly exceptional.
As first time home buyers, we were incredibly nervous (and uneducated) about the home buying process. Lindsey was a huge help, and really walked us through each and every step. She truly listend to our wants and needs, and provided us with a lot of great options to chose from that stayed within our price range. Overall, she really helped make the entire process easy and straightforward, and took extra time to make sure we fully understood where we were at, what we needed to do, and what would come next. We are so happy with everything she did for us, and could not be happier in our new home!
Lindsey was a pleasure to work with. She put us at ease, was responsive to our questions, and knowledgeable about the home buying process. I would recommend her services to any person looking to buy a home. My Fiance and I were first time home-buyers and Lindsey was patient with us and answered our questions. She was able to refer us to other professionals in the mortgage industry as well - her experience and contacts were invaluable to us.
From the beginning of the process to the end, Lindsey was an attentive, knowledgeable and understanding Realtor to work with. I called her up on the recommendation of my Brother with very little knowledge of how to buy my first home and what all I needed to do to make it happen. Lindsey walked me through the whole process, from finding listings and loan officers to viewing homes to getting HOA questions answered to market value. During the whole time it took, Lindsey never turned down an opportunity to show me a house or find out more information from the seller or seller's agent. When I was stuck on a decision of whether to put in an offer or accept a counter, Lindsey never pressured me into a decision or suggested something I wasn't comfortable with. She was very honest and just gave her expert advice, without regard to whether that might turn me on or off on a property. I cannot recommend Lindsey Acton enough!

My husband and I bought our first and only home 4 years ago, and Lindsey Acton was our agent. During the process of looking for the home we wanted, we got to know Lindsey very well. She is friendly, outgoing, funny and very knowledgeable. Our home was only on the market for 2 days, and when we went to see the home, we were told they weren't taking any more offers. Lindsey went to bat for us, arguing that we had been promised a home visit. They told us to come back at 8:00 p.m., which we did. We got the home, and there were 10 back up offers! The home appraised for $5000 less than we offered, and Lindsey talked the owner into settling for that. We are amazed that in a market where every home we wanted was bought out from under us by cash buyers, that Lindsey not only found us a home, but one that we are in love with. We have also gained a great friend in the process!

Lindsey is the perfect Realtor for first-time home buyers. We decided to go forward with a property, but after the home inspection when we learned the home was not in ideal condition, instead of pressuring us to continue with the process, she was supportive of our decision to cancel and keep looking. We are now in the perfect home for us all because of Lindsey's help!
There were several condo units for sale in the complex we were looking at. We’d initially contacted and met with another realtor who had a listing in the complex. However after several cancelled appointments, no shows, and lack of response to phone calls we knew it was time to find a new realtor. That’s when we contacted Lindsey. She was awesome. She was very responsive and always followed through. We were able to sign most documents electronically which really eased the process for us. We hit several bumps in the road through our condo purchase but Lindsey hung in there and remained both proactive and patient. Approximately a year after we purchased our condo, my family was looking for a realtor to handle the selling of my grandmother’s house. We had been so pleased with the experience we’d had with Lindsey that we recommended her to our family. One again, she did not disappoint, and the house was sold in no time at all.

Lindsey Acton, her expertice and knowledge is the only reason I own a home. I was a conventional loan buyer in a market flooded with cash buyers. Even though I thought I knew it all Lindsey stood by and gently educated me with out me having to pay for my naivety. My home search took us through Chino, Ontairo, Pomona, Upland. We looked at dozens of homes before finding our ideal home. Lindsey was respectful courteous, and steered us through an difficult seller agent and some unexpected lender issues. With out Lindsey, I can say for sure I would have paid more for less house, and paid more per month as she urged me to negotiate with my lender for MI abatement and less down. I have recommended Lindsey Action to members of my family seeking similar performance from a real estate professional. Hope this helps - Andrew
