Having used several agents over the years, I can honestly say Lindsey Adams is the best buyer's agent I know. I was surprised to see he has started advertising but when I saw him I had to write a review! He is highly familiar with all areas of Savannah in terms of both terrain/mapping addresses and also reputation/feel of neighborhoods. Savannah is actually a fairly big place so finding someone who knows a lot about the entire area is valuable. He seems to also be familar with pretty much all people in Savannah too (having grown up here) which is worth a lot! He knows other agents who work for all different companies plus he knows inspectors, repairmen, etc. He has a great handle on rental values and investments. He's also great at just helping people find the type of house they want to live in. He has helped me twice and also helped a close friend get a great deal on a listing she never would have noticed (listed too high) without his guidance.
