Listing agent won't remove listing.

Answer
Hi dsphoenix, I'm not sure I completely understand where you're seeing the listing. If it's appearing on national sites, like Zillow, then it may be related to the delay in feed/response from the MLS provider. If your listing is still active on the MLS, then that's an altogether different matter. Most MLS services have very strict guidelines on timeliness of information, so I'm sure your listing agent has done what is required. Patience may be the best route here, assuming we're talking about syndication sites (Zillow, Trulia, etc).Best of luck to you! When I get a Zillow request and answer them and then they wont respond why is that

Answer
I have found that many inquiries come on properties that are not actually on the market. I think it's frustrating for the person making the request to confuse homes listed with those that are not.

Why doesn't zillow have a contact number so I don't have to waste my time with this community crap?

Answer
Zillow is not an expert in the housing market, they are a feed provider - therefore they are not licensed nor knowledgeable of all the markets they feature. It's much more beneficial to have the Realtors assist with questions. If they provided live responses, I expect this service would no longer be free to the general public.Good luck with your question, I'm sure you'll find someone who is ready and able to help.

Is Short Sale the Answer to OUr Problem

Answer
Hi Lobo, Short Sales are intended to aid homeowners with a hardship, not simply help them sell their home because they owe more than it's worth or have high interest. You might consider refinancing and eliminating the second loan, thereby reducing your monthly payment. But based on what you've stated here, you're not a candidate for a short sale.Good luck to you!
