Bought a home in 2011.
Our house was a short sale and it took over 5 months to close. Lisa was calm and professional throughout the ordeal especially when I was not. Lisa continues to show us other listings but never pushed us in any direction.. We had a very narrow corridor of things we were looking for in a home and Lisa never became frustrated with us. Lisa was a true joy to work with and we both highly reccommend her. I was very lucky to have met Lisa as my realtor when I was looking for a vacation home in VT. She is very professional, knowledgeble and personable. She helped me narrow down my choices and at the same time was mindful of my criteria and financial limits I had set for the property. Lisa Coneeny is extremely good at what she does and not only understands the market and locale but truly takes the time to understand her clients and what they're ultimately looking for. She goes above and beyond to present homes that fit your criteria and then works very hard to make the overall process as seamless as possible.
