Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in East Arlington, Jacksonville, FL.
Outstanding all around realtor! Over the last 4 years my job has had me all over the world and I didn't know if I would end up back in Jacksonville. So, through their advice I rented my home until I was certain I wasn't moving back. As far as renting it, they made everything transparent. All I ever had to do was say yes or no and sign the new lease each year. Within eight months of putting it on the market my home had a buyer and in nine it was sold. In today’s market that is exceptionally fast, especially when dealing with a short sale. Through Lisa Duke and her proactive staff you leave nothing to chance. Thanks Lisa!

I am a first-time homebuyer and knew absolutely nothing about buying a home.My first part of the home search was to find a reliable, hounest, and helpful realtor. I finaly found one, Katie Ziegler at The Lisa Duke Group, she is amazing. Katie guided me through the process being very patient.Katie would always answer all my questions in an expert and professional way, either though e-mail or by phone. I had tons of questions to ask, being new to all this. Katie is very friendly and likeable, always doing things smarter and better, can be trusted!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Pecan Park, Jacksonville, FL.
Katie is a GREAT agent!! She always responded guickly to my questions and concerns. We saw lots of houses thanks to her,and when we decided on one; she helped us through the purchase process. She helped me get to know my new neighborhood by pointing out the locations of government offices and stores and businesses I might be interested in.
Katie sent and still sends reminders of things I need to do; like applying for the Homestead Exemption. Eventhough, we`ve closed on our house; Katie makes me feel comfortable about calling her with future questions and concerns.

I worked with Katie Ziegler for the past 8 months. We finally got our approval letter from the bank on the short sale we have been waiting on! Katie is professional, knowledgeable, and is very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. She is someone I would recommend to anyone that is in the market to buy a house. She a great negotiator and she has local expertise in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. If you are looking to buy a house I HIGHLY recommend Katie! You will not be disappointed!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in The Cape, Jacksonville, FL.
I contacted Lisa Duke and Katy to help me find a short sale or foreclosed home. We looked at house after house not able to out bid the other offers. Katy showed us a short sale and explained the process. After almost 8 months we closed on the house. This agency was in our corner the whole time. We received calls and updates often. We were able to get a great deal and make some new friends. I would highly recommend Lisa Duke and Katie. They were the best!!

I am a first-time homebuyer and knew absolutely nothing about the home-buying process when I started looking 7 months ago. It didn't take long to realize how overwhelming the process can be. I am so thankful that I've had Lisa and her team by my side the entire way. Lisa's team is nothing less than AMAZING. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. With such an important decision to make, it's good to know that "the team" has my best interest at heart. Lisa loves what she does and that shows in her work ethic and dedication.
