    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Exeter, NH.
    In short, Lisa Lentz was simply the best agent we could hope to work with. She was courteous, personable and very organized - all good traits for a realtor - but what sets her apart is the work ethic and knowledge of how the process works and how to make it work for a clients needs.

    We just completed our home buy in Exeter, and were on a tight schedule with little time to spare between visists, and needed - and got - help, guidance - and most important relevent advice on the entire process from prescreening homes, organizing the visits, and doing the market analysis and reseach to evaluate the homes, comparative values and "crunching the numbers" to make sure we got the best offer and terms possible. Lisa's services started the day we emailed her, received listings and set up a meeting, and continued past the closing to make the experience paleasant and efficient . I could go on and on - but will save the words and instead offer my own guidance - sign her up!

    Sold a home in 2012.
    You really cannot do better in NH for a real estate agent to serve you than Lisa Lentz.

    I shopped for an agent as I would for any other major component of my life. I knew of Lisa for several years before selecting her. She called me many times as she was doing her homework regarding the size, depth and quality of the lake on which we lived. I could tell that she was not a casual, part time agent. She is a true professional.

    When I compared her qualities to the other agents vying for our listing, Lisa was the most knowledgeable. I had to describe where I lived to the others. Lisa knew my property location and the pluses and minuses during our first conversation.

    She appeared to be the kind of a person who did the ground work and paid attention to details. She worked on facts, not BS and presented a solid proposal. She was credible. Time proved that she was as excellent as she appeared.

    For me the decision was not about the fee (which was fine), but more about service. Having sold properties on my own and through agents, I knew that I needed someone who could shepherd an offer through today’s systems and requirements in a timely, knowledgeable and professional way. Almost any agent can attract lookers. It takes a professional to be able to bring in a viable offer. It takes something much more to ensure that everything goes through the process from beginning to closing successfully. That’s what I needed and that’s what I received from Lisa Lentz.

    It is without reservation that I recommend Lisa Lentz if you are very serious about selling your home without a hitch.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Chester, NH.
    Lisa helped us find a house that met all of our criteria – not an easy task. She is very knowledgeable. She asked questions at the home inspection that even I did not think to ask. I have also recommended her to my friends who are in the market to buy a house.
