Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
We worked with Matt Lucky from Denver over about 9 months, looking for a winter home. Initially, we weren't sure what type of home we wanted, never having considered a two-state lifestyle. Matt patiently worked with us, showing us candidate homes that fit the range of criteria we specified. At least twice, Matt met us at the airport and showed us homes of interest, in addition to spending time showing homes on our occasional visits to Scottsdale. When Matt saw new listings he thought would be of interest, he sent them to us in email and was always available for consultation on homes we saw on their excellent website.
When we found a home we were interested in making an offer to buy, Matt helped us assess the right starting point for negotiations and how we should respond to the counter offer(s) eventually leading to the purchase.…More Less

Lisa and Matt Lucky were professional and prompt in getting showing information to us. We especially liked the fact that they book showings themselves (which gives them a chance to talk to the buyer's agent). Their marketing brochures and pictures of home were amazing!
