Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $400K in South Lakes Dr / Soapstone Dr, Reston, VA.
Lisa was excellent in both selling our townhouse in Reston, VA and buying a new home in Ashburn, VA. Our townhouse sold within a week of being on the market. Lisa was able to work with the buyer's agent to get us a negotiated price that we were very happy with. The house we purchased was new construction and Lisa worked extremely hard to get us the best deal possible on our new house. There were also many things that came up throughout the "new home buying" process that she extremely responsive to and handled with the utmost professionalism. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Manassas, VA.
I'm convinced Lisa's suggestions for getting our home ready to be listed were instrumental in getting an offer on our home so quickly. We wanted to sell our home and use the proceeds on our new one. We had an offer within 2 weeks of listing, while other homes in our neighborhood listed around the same time are still on the market. We got a good price as well.
