We absolutely loved working with Lisa! She helped us sell our house and look for a new one at the same time. She was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking at and respected our decision to look within a small geographical area. When it came to negotiating, she was excellent on both sides of the equation. For the house we ended up buying, she provided us and the listing agent with at least three different analyses for the market value of the house and was able to negotiate the price down to market value. For the house we were selling, she did a great job at getting us the most money possible as well as making sure the house appraised for that value (an issue we had trouble with in the past with a different Realtor). I whole-heartily recommend using Lisa for both buying and selling a home!
