Christina took the time to find listings for my specific needs. She dedicated herself to find exactly what I needed. Her follow up was excellent and she walked me thru the whole process. I couldnt reccomend anyone more that Christina for your home buying needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Christina was the sole reason my home buying experience was so good. She held my hand every step of the way, gave me her honest advice on various houses we looked at and never tried to sway me just to make a sale, like many agents do. In fact, on several occasions she pointed out reasons why a particular home might not be best suited for me. That's what I want in a real estate agent and that's what you get with Chirstina. I would "highly" recommend her to anybody looking, and will always consider her my real estate agent for life.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Pleasant Ridge, MI.
I recently transfered from TX to the Detroit MI area for work. I needed someone to show me the area and also be able to work around my hectic work schedule, along with all the issues of relocating to a new place. Christina was up to the task and helped me emensly. She took me from Birmingham to Detroit, Bloomfield to Grosse Pointe, not just showing me homes but also educating me on the various areas. Anyone that has relocated to a new place can understand how valueable this kind of help is in makiing the right decision on where to live. She showed me many homes looking for THE ONE that met my specific needs. When we found it she helped negotiate a great price and work through issues with the seller. Her expertise and work ethic are top notch - and she's fun to work with!

My experience was great with Christina. She guided me through a process in which I couldn't have done on my own. We had an offer within 3 days. I appreciate her keeping me up to date and texting, email, or phone. I would highly recommend her.

Christina is an honest, positive person as well as forward thinker. Christina was not only a pleasure to work with, but she helped us buy our first home, which out of our dreams, happened to be prayed-for-perfect. My husband and I are relocating from out-of-state and during the process, Christina was extremely resourceful and knowledgable about the area, the process of purchasing a home--and putting us at ease. She listens very well, is attentive to everyone's hopes and she's an extremely effective communicator. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in Eastpointe, MI.
As young buyers, my boyfriend and I jumped into the house market with no experience and no help. We found Christina as the listing agent of a house we were interested. After a few phone calls, and some getting to know each other she helped us out with everything we needed. She was always available to show us houses, and lives not far from our area, which made it convenient for us all.
Christina was a great buyers agent and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/rent a house!!

Christina helped my husband and I find a our home AND CLOSE in less then 32 days. Her negotiation skills are beyond four stars. She helped us get EVERYTHING we wanted. She was always available by text, email, or phone.She was patience she NEVER forced us to look at any homes we didn't want to. She NEVER showed dis pleasure if we did not like a home. It was great to have Christina as an agent. She was easy to work with, knew what we were looking for and set us up with great houses.

Bought a home in 2011.
Christina was the absolute best. I moved back to Michigan from Atlanta, GA. I had only 1 week to find a house and have the offer accepted. My price point was quite low but she treated me the same as if I were buying a half million dollar home. She really fought for me and was so happy when we found the right house. I was a wreck and her sense of humor and kindness helped hold me together. I would recommend Christina to anyone. She definately looks out for your interests and really cares about your needs. Deb B.
