Robert is absolutely fantastic to work with! We used him when we bought out home and sold it! Both transactions went great and he made the process so easy for first time home buyers and sellers! Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Buckeye, AZ.
We purchased a home in the summer of 2011 using Robert as our buyer's agent. He had been recommended to us by friends who had purchased a home through him in 2010. Robert was great to work with!. He was very patient and helped guide us in making a purchase that worked for our needs. We were not living in the area and he continued to work with us by phone and interernet after our first meeting. He really seemed to know the real estate market in the different areas of Phoenix. I would certainly recommend him to others that are looking for property in the Phoenix area.

Bought a home in 2010.
Robert helped my wife and me to purchase one investment home and one full time residence in the Phoenix area.
The investment property was a short sale and Robert handled all aspects of the transaction with the knowledge and expertise needed. We secured a great deal in a desirable location, this property is a positive income rental property.
The full time residence that Robert handled for us while we still lived back east. He took care of every aspect, meeting all the inspectors, taking pictures, and recommended a great mortgage lender, Jon Tobias with Nova Home Loans. We secured a wonderful home, in a great neighborhood, and we are enjoying living in Phoenix and all that this wonderful community has to offer!
