Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $475K in Salem, CT.
Liz helped me sell one house and buy another, in both transactions I always found her to be very responsive to my needs and I am probably not the easiest person to deal with! She knows the Colchester/Salem CT area probably better than any other realtor out there. She knows how to properly price a house so that it moves it a reasonable amount of time, and she was "spot on" in knowing what I wanted in a new house. I walked in, and knew this was it! Bought a home in 2011.
Liz is an outstanding agent! She helped us relocate to the area from out of state, and has a wealth of knowledge to share with potential buyers. Her expertise in real estate transactions made the process a smooth one. She is friendly, reliable, quick to return calls, and she's very approachable. She is also very honest which is always greatly appreciated, but for us, honesty was so important when we knew very little about the area we were moving to.
