Can someone explain the pictures attached to this house? Was it foreclosed upon?

It was on the market for $1.75 million, which seemed very low. It sold in like a week so I assume it went for more than the asking price.

Yes, the Zillow records only go back 3 - 10 years. Sometimes you can get more detailed information on a specific property at the county assessor/recorder web site. However, I couldn't find much more at the San Francisco County web site on this property - the main web site is http://www.sfgov.org/site/assessor_index.asp and the specific link for information on this property is http://gispubweb.sfgov.org/website/sfparcel/showlotinfo.asp?LotIDValue=2038A035
