Bob,The home value that Zillow provides is an estimate and nothing more. Sometimes it can be quite different than the actual current and true value. Only a licensed appraiser can provide you with the true current value of your home for financing purposes.

Hi,I am still not able to start a converstion as I am not able to submit. I have tried for the last few months and never been able to submit. I am now receiving the following message when I try to submit: Please ensure the content is not blank and less than 2000 charactersIt is less than 2000 Characteres, I have removed any links. Yes I pasted the content.So frustrating....
