Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Lodi, CA.Summary:
We were the buyers on a short sale property for which Mitch was our agent. We ended up finding Mitch when we didn't have a Realtor yet and was calling about a property which he had under his listing. The property we were interested in was already under contract but he offered to show us other properties we were interested in. From the moment we met Mitch, we felt at ease and very comfortable with him. Throughout the process of purchasing our house, Mitch was extremely quick to respond, answered all our questions, and took care of all of our concerns. Great attention to details from start to finish and always straight forward with any issues that arose. Even after the purchase of the home, he was very helpful with any questions that came up.
