Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Houston Acres, KY.
My husband and I were looking to purchase our first house together and to put it nicely, we are very hard to please. Lois went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for us. We spent 3 weekends driving from house to house to house. She never lost patience with us. She was honest, and I mean she truly was looking out for our best interest. She helped guide us and advise us and ended up saving us about $5,000 by coaching us through the bidding process. My father-in-law was so impressed when she told us that a house we were looking at simply wasn't worth the asking price. We plan on selling our current house very soon and Lois will be our realtor. After dealing with 3 other realtors who just didn't have the time to help us out, Lois will be the only realtor we will EVER use!

I met Lois Bratcher in 1993 when I was selling one house and buying another. Lois was an excellent Realtor then. I never forgot her exceptionally high level of business savviness when I decided to buy another house in 2012. Once I decided I needed a Realtor, there was never a question as to who I would call.
