Sold a home in 2013.
Loni listed our home in January 2013. She told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. We listened and as a result, our home sold. She knows the market and confidently guided us in the right direction. Loni and Malisa Spivey are marketing homes in unique ways to drive buyers to your home. We recommend her and would work with her again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Little Elm, TX.
I worked with Loni in 2009 to find my home. Being a first time home buyer, she helped me quite a bit with the details. It took a lot of the guessing out of the experience and I learned what to expect at closing. For example, I was considering a typical Conventional or FHA loan because that's all I knew about. Loni told me about the USDA loan. I looked into the details and I met the requirements to qualify! I also qualified for a first time home buyers grant as well! Loni saved me thousands of dollars and I can't thank her enough! - Thanks again Loni!

Loni helped and showed me properties when I wasn't sure if I wanted to build or buy a pre-existing. She was very helpful, upfront and honest which I appreciate. Very knowledgable with the areas and informative. I did end up building but highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. She sincerely cares and works hard for her clients. LONI JONES IS A WONDERFUL REALTOR! SHE HAS GREAT IDEAS TO SELL YOUR HOME THAT OTHERS MAY NOT THINK ABOUT! WE MET AFTER SHE SOLD A FRIEND'S HOME. SINCE LISTING MY HOME WITH HER, I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH HER SERVICES. SHE'S WILLING TO DO THINGS THAT ARE "OUT OF THE BOX". THIS IS WHAT I CALL CREATIVE THINKING, AND IT SHOWS IN HER WORK ETHICS AND TIME SHARING WAYS. SHE HAS EDUCATED ME IN SO MANY AREAS OF THE SELLING PROCESS, RECOMMENDED SERVICE COMPANIES, SHOWN ME OPTIONS I HAVE WITHIN MY CONTRACT, AND EVEN HELPED ME CLEAN HOUSE WHEN WE HAD LITTLE NOTICE BEFORE A SHOWING! SHE RESPONDS QUICKLY TO CALLS AND QUESTIONS, AND STAYS SMILING!

Bought a home in 2012.
Loni is an excellent realtor. We found her by calling about a listing in the area and she immediately began helping us. We are active duty military and move quite frequently and she is by far the best realtors that we've worked with.
We were out of state for most of the buying process and she worked with us long distance to make sure everything went smoothly for us; everything was ready to go by the time we got in state to sign papers.
She is very knowledgeable and helpful with information about surrounding towns. Any questions we had, she was there to help or was willing to find an answer for us. If there was ever a time we had to leave a message, our phone call was returned, and she was just as responsive with email traffic.
All in all Loni is punctual, hard working, and most of all honest; we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to trust and make sure all of our needs were met.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in China Spring, TX.
Loni did an excellent job in locating my house and property. Her motivation and spirit made the job seem like an adventure. We researched hundreds of houses until the final two came into play. One house closed right before my bid and the other I greatfully own. I am so pleased with my house and property, I look forward to going home every day. Thanks Loni

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Waco, TX.
Loni helped us over one weekend when we drove down from Minnesota and had to find a house. She had the air turned on and met us at the house when we arrived a few months later to move in and she stuck by us throughout several issues with the seller. We plan on having Loni help us when we sell this house and move again.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2009 in China Spring, TX.
Loni is an excellent realtor. She works hard and is very attentitive. On the rare occasion that I had to leave a message, my call was always returned in a timely manner. I always felt as though she was looking out for our best interest. She is honest, hard working, and everything you'd want from a realtor. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Showed home in 2010.
Loni is an amazing realtor. She took care of our needs immediately as each one presented itself. Her knowledge of the area and the connections she has made with trusted local businesses are priceless. She was very patient as we asked all of our questions and she worked well with all of our wants and needs to find us what was best for our growing family.
