Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Abbott Loop, Anchorage, AK.Summary:
It was great! If we ever bought another home again, we would use Lonnie and Joe again in a heartbeat! We were on a 6 week time crunch and they helped us close with in 5 weeks without compromising on any of the details in the house that we had to have. I would recomend them anyday.

Bought a home in 2012.Summary:
Lonnie and Joe (her husband) were wonderful from the beginning. I contacted them well before I moved to Alaska, and they provided a lot of information about the area. They were very understanding of what I was looking for in a house, and I saw houses that matched what I was looking for. We found an excellent house, and they did a great job working with the lender, and the seller's agent. In the end, I got military orders before we could close. They were extremely gracious and understanding. I highly recommend the to anyone looking for real estate in the Anchorage / Eagle River area. They know the area well, and are long time residents. You can't choose a better team to help you find your new home. If I get the opportunity to move back to Alaska, they will be my first phone call!…More Less
