Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Eagle River Valley, Eagle River, AK.Summary:
Lonnie and her team must eat, sleep and breathe real estate.
Being a military family we've bought and sold 4 homes - this was our best home buying experience - even in this sellers market.
Moments after speaking on the phone I was set up with a portal to listings that fit our criteria. Emails were sent daily with new listings.
We flew into Anchorage for a few days with a list of homes from South Anchorage to Chugiak. Always on time meeting with us and no hesitation in driving all over town showing homes.
Lonnie showed us a list of comparable houses that had sold and assisted us in writing a fair offer that we were comfortable with. Once the home inspection was complete she negotiated several repairs that would not have occurred to me to ask for. We were constantly kept informed during the time up to our closing.
I would say Lonnie's strongest assets are her communication and negotiation skills - which is exactly what you need in this market.…More Less

Lonnie is a hard working agent who spent countless hours showing us homes and negotiating through a very tough home purchase with a very unresponsive seller's agent. Lonnie herself was extremely responsive and worked with us after hours on many occasions. She made purchasing a home from out-of-state easier.
