Lonnie was born in Los Angeles.  He graduated from William Howard Taft High School and earned his Bachelor''s Degree in Communications at CSUN.  During his college years, Lonnie interned for the top agents with Fred Sands.  Lonnie began his full-time career in real estate with Sunset Realtors and was quickly recognized for his sales performances.  Sunset was purchased by Coldwell Banker in 2002.  In 2003 and 2004 Lonnie earned Coldwell Banker''s prestigious  Diamond Club Award for sales performance.  After being recruited to Prudential California, Lonnie earned the 2006  Honor Award for top sales performance and was consistently recognized as a top sales agent during his time with Prudential.   Since joining Rodeo Realty, Lonnie recognized for his outstanding sales performance as well!

We had been researching the real estate market in the West Valley for a number of years before we were ready to purchase, so I had met and talked with Lonnie at a number of open houses throughout that period. I knew that Lonnie was a prominent figure in the San Fernando Valley real estate market, but when I worked with him on a personal level, I realized why his reputation precedes him – he’s the best. That’s not hyperbole, that’s my honest assessment after having purchased multiple properties in Southern California and working with a number of different brokers. Lonnie is a cut above the rest – he’s attentive, he’s caring, and most of all, he’s accessible. No question was too small for him – he would always answer any inquiry I had, and would do so in a manner that was both prompt and perceptive. We are planning on purchasing another property in the coming years, and when we’re ready to buy, Lonnie will be the first person that I call. If you are in a similar situation, I would urge you to do the same. With Lonnie, you receive the finest care and attention one could hope for in a real estate transaction. As I mentioned before, he is as good as they come, and unlike other brokers on the market who might claim the same level of service – Lonnie actually backs it up.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.125M in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

Lonnie was wonderful, he was with me all the way through the selling of my home. He answered all my questions and gave his advice but never pushed me into any decisions. He was always at the other end of my phone calls no matter what time of day. And arrived with a cup of coffee in hand and a treat. Who does that, no one except Lonnie. And his open houses are amazing. Santa Clause and goodies for the neighbor kids.. sandwiches and muffins for the open house every Sunday, who does that no one, but Lonnie does. I recommended him to any one selling or buying a home. He knows his stuff….And gets the price you want!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.15M in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

We have been aware of the expertise of Lonnie Mintz for a very long time as his name has appeared on signs in our area for many years. We contacted Lonnie early this spring to sell our home of 39 years. It was traumatic for us and yet, the moment he walked into our house, his professionalism and calming manner were immediately apparent. Once on the market, our home sold in 9 days for an excellent price - Lonnie represented the buyers as well as ourselves. Lonnie took us through a very difficult period as my husband became critically ill during the few weeks of paperwork through final closure.
