Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $725K in Santa Clarita, CA.
We put Lorena in a uinque situation in that we had not sold our current home when we found a new home. She handled both transactions. She was able to keep us up to date on both ends of our sale and purchase and was always available. She was able to provide us with great service on both ends of our transactions.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 in Chatsworth, Chatsworth, CA.
Lorena has been my agent for 2 purchases, and one sale. She is fantastic! She is easy to get a hold of, responsive, and very knowledgable about her field. I would not hesitate to use her again, or reccommend her to a friend.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Valencia, Valencia, CA.
I was looking for a home to rent in the Valencia Northpark area and I was so pleased to know my realtor could help me with this process. Not only did Lorena Diana find and locate many homes in that area, she proceeded to drive around with me in those areas and call and or look at homes that were not listed in the MLS. Once I found the houses I was interested in renting, she helped me fill out and send off (and even hand-delivered) paperwork for me! What dedication she has to her client's. There's no doubt in my mind, I will use her again and again!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $325K in Saugus, Santa Clarita, CA.
Lorena was very efficient, detailed, caring and responsive to all our needs. We were a challenging couple looking for our home for retirement and finally we did find it with Diana's dedication in helping us. Sold a Condo home in 2009 in Porter Ranch, Northridge, CA.
We first met Lorena back in 2001 when she was an associate of a well known San Fernando Valley realtor. We were working with to sell our current townhouse and purchase a single family dwelling. She was extremely hard working, very easy to deal with and was never unavailable. We were so impressed with her, we decided to adopt her into the family. In over a decade of representation and friendship, Lorena has brokered two sales transactions, two purchases and a rental. She has also represented my mom and my sister in transactions, and they too have adopted her into the family. Lorena has the knowledge of the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys to assure you make your home in the right place, she is one of the most knowledgeable agents I know on the sales, purchase and escrow processes, and she has never ceased to amaze us with her negotiation skills both as a seller's rep and buyer's rep. As I said before, she is always responsive to you, and has never been unavailable. We had an instance in 2006 when we were thinking of purchasing a new home, and since it was a contingent sale the builder required us to use his agent to sell our home. That well known agent was never available, never properly marketed our home and basically bailed on us to the point we simply let the listing period expire and pulled out of both deals. Lorena came in, re-listed our home and had a full price, cash offer within two weeks of listing (and the offer was a solid one that closed!). She also represented us on the simultaneous purchase of our next home.
