Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Chico, CA.
Lori has been absolutely indispensable in our house hunting process. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to our inquiries. Because we were coming from out of the area, we had truly relied on her expertise; our questions were never left unanswered. I couldn't have asked for a better house hunting experience!

When I was ready to buy a home I wanted nobody but Lori as my realtor. She had sold my parents' home, and I was impressed by her knowledge of the market, her professionalism, and her respect and caring attitude toward my elderly parents. When Lori became my realtor, she exceeded my expectations. At every house we viewed, she asked me a lot of questions to really get a feel for what I wanted in a home and in a neighborhood. When we found my home, she was promptly there at every turn, contacting me immediately with each update, and she was available whenever I needed her. Her personal attention made me feel as if I was her only client. I absolutely recommend Lori to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and personable. What a delight to work with her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Chico, CA.
We recently purchased our first home with the assistance of Lori. She made the experience effortless. She was able to take the list we gave her and show us several properties that fit. She also helped us to see the positives and negatives of each property we viewed. She always got back to us promptly and made us feel like we were her only clients. She never made us feel like any of our questions were annoying or small (no matter how many times we had asked the same thing). Working with Lori was fantastic and we would definitely recommend her to anyone!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Chico, CA.
Lori worked with us for the better part of a year. She remained positive and supported us through several losses we experienced trying to buy short sales. Lori understands the market and supports her clients best interest. She is extremely professional and dilligent. I was able to reach her through multiple channels and she responded quickly when we were interested in a new property on the market. I am very happy to be in my dream home now and am so grateful to Lori for her help and guidance every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone new to homebuying to give her a call. I will certainly call her if I ever decide to sell my home.

It has been such a privelege working with Lori on the sale of my home and in finding a new home to purchase. She has infinite patience, is extremely knowledgeable, and she has all of her facts and is such a pleasure to work with. We had several means of communication which was truly an asset and she always responded in a timely manner.
In addition to her skills and thoroughness, she has a great personality. She is happy, friendly, eager and I always felt like I was her most important client, even though she had several others she was working with.
I highly recommend Lori to anyone in the process of buying or selling a home.

Bought a home in 2012.
Lori was a JOY to work with. She made buying our first home a very easy and smooth process for us. Lori is always available by phone/text/email and has very quick responses, she made us feel as if she was working 24hrs a day to get us the home we wanted. After meeting Lori and telling her what we wanted in a home, she listened to what we wanted/needed and she quickly set off to find it for us. She showed us homes that had everything on our "Wish List" and she didn't waste our time by showing us homes that didn't meet our criteria.
When we found our home, she fought to negotiate to get us what we wanted, and she did just that. We get everything we asked for and then some. Lori knows her stuff, from the market to the loan, and the title. When we purchase in the future, we will defiantly be using Lori Akers of Rancho Chico Real Estate!!!

Showed home in 2011 in Upper Lake, CA.
Lori is the best! We are moving to Chico from out of the area, which can make viewing properties and making offers a bit of a challenge. But Lori has taken the time to really get to know and understand our family, and our needs in a home. And because she also knows and understands the Chico market so well, the whole process has been SO much easier. We feel like we can really trust her.

Lori was great with everything. We were relocating to Chico from the bay area. She helped us with finding a great house and went above and beyond all of our expectations. She knew a lot about the area and helped us find the right school for our daughter. Overall you couldn't ask for a better realtor.
