    Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $550K in Berkeley, CA.
    Lori was my agent in 2009 when I was buying (with my girl friend) a house for the first time. I was pretty much clueless what it was all about, but thanks to Lori I not only survived but purchased a terrific house in Berkeley. She was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge-answering the same questions multiple times, guiding me away from a bad property or a less then desirable neighborhood,explaining in detail what al the paperwork was about and what the different terms meant. With a less skilled and patient agent, we likely could have had a very difficult experience and a house we were not really happy with. But thanks to Lori, just the opposite happened. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

    Found a tenant for a Condo home in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA.
    This is going to be a difficult review to write. I mean, how can you honestly rave about a real estate "agent" without making it sound like some sort of inside job set-up? How can you legitimitly use words like "fabulous", "amazing", "phenominal" and, dare I say, "perfect", without causing readers to raise their eyebrow's in disbelief? Is it possible to actually express your glowing opinion regarding a consumate professional like Lori Muscat without getting a response like "aw c'mon, no one is THAT incredible!"     Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 for approximately $1.225M in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco, CA.
    Lori is the best. She helped us buy a very tricky property in San Francisco and was there as an advocate from day one to the end. Her knowledge of the city and what it takes to buy a home and restore it are immeasurable. She was able to guide us gently through a process that was not easy. She would answer every text and email in detail with information that helped us get the house we wanted and to save money on the remodeling. She met with so many people and made our lives easier during a difficult time. She was also very honest and up front about offers we put in on some other properties that we did not get.

    She also managed construction work while we were away on sabbatical and did a wonderful job coordinating with the contractor, expediting work and finding some cheaper subs.

    I highly recommend Lori Muscat for everything from real-estate agent, manager, consultant, and all of them put together.
