Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Oregon City, OR.
Lori sold my house for me recently and I was very disappointed overall in her performance. She talks a good talk but she did very little to promote my house and I found her frustrating to work with...she can be very bossy and opinionated. She promised weekly updates on the status of my house and four weeks would go by without a word from her. I would have to call her to find out what was going on and the only time she made efforts were after I complained that she didn't seem to be doing anything. My house was on the market for seven months..she had promised that she could sell it in two months or less...and eventually it did sell... only after I had dropped the price considerably. It was a beautiful house, with many great features and perhaps a different agent who put more time and effort into selling it, could have sold it much quicker and without my having to reduce the price as much as I ended up doing. Every time I checked on the house there were never any flyers there and the staging she promised was extremely minor and did little to enhance the house. Lori was so great throughout our entire home buying experience. She was attentive, friendly, and an excellent negotiator! Lori fights for her clients, she does not just settle for a no. Lori is encouraging and really goes through every option she can to ensure that you get what you want. Lori makes the home buying experience more than just a purchase, she is another member invested in what you want and helps you get there. She took us to every house we wanted to see and was always available to answer any questions. Most important she is honest, you can really trust Lori and that makes the experience so much better. Lori was quick to respond to my email and provided information that I was needed without having to ask.
While we didn't do business together, I will be less hesitant to submit a request if I see Lori's name on it.
