I also specialize in selling Luxury Homes and have earned my Fine Homes Specialist award from Pruedential, these are homes that have a selling value of $750,000 or higher, which enables me to give specialized marketing to all my Fine Homes. Last year I won the Chairmans Club award for Outstanding Sales Achievement Exceeding $6 Million dollars in Sales from my local Office, Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate. I also won the Leading Edge Society Award on Prudential's National level, Presidents Club, and Excellence in Real Estate.
I have my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation and also have been through specialized training through Equator to work with short sales. Equator provides the software, ecommerce connectivity, professional services and data required that enable Servicers' successful management of delinquent loans and real estate owned properties.
