Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Kissimmee, FL.
What began as a random search for a realtor to help me find my dream vacation place led to a person who without question, was the easiest, most reliable and knowledgable person I could have hoped for. Lorri just seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and I immediately trusted her to find the right place, which she and I did. She was always there to answer any question day or night and handle things quickly. On my two VERY quick visits to Florida, we were able to first figure out what was the right fit then find the perfect place. All negotiations were so easily handled. Her knowledge of all aspects of the Real estate field, from the legal "stuff" to property management to how to find my way around the area were amazing. Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $50K in Kissimmee, FL.
I heartily recommend Lorri maiorano. She is highly knowledgeable, an extremely hard worker and will stay with you from beginning to end. I started with Lorri as my property manager at cascades, and she did an excellent job of finding tenants and managing the property. She was always alert to exceptional buys and we have purchased two additional units at Cascades. Most importantly, I've never had a problem reaching Lorri and having her work through our problems.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Orlando, FL.
Lorri is a very knowledgeable in this realty field. She gave us tremendous assistance in our purchasing first investment condo. She picked up us from our hotel, sent us photos, walk through properties and guild us in the whole purchasing process. She was tremendously accessible by phone, text, and email.
