Lorrie helped us to purchase a new home in Arlington in 2011 for $900K
She is extremely hardworking and knowledgeable and exceptionally pleasant to work with. Lorrie is determined to answer every question, address all of the details, and respond promptly to phone calls and emails. She is willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients are satisfied and she does this in a professional and friendly way. Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Winchester, MA.
Lorrie was a real pleasure to work with during the purchase of one house and the subsequent sale of another. She stayed on top of everything, and was quick and thorough at finding answers to questions and providing responses. Lorrie took the time necessary to make sure we understood all the process details and sequence of events. We highly recommend Lorrie for her energy and enthusiasm for a job she clearly loves. She's a great people person and a wonderful agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $675K in Winchester, MA.
We spent several years working with Lorrie to find our home in the Winchester area.
Over this period of time she helped us though our first time home purchase, providing everything from expert guidance on the home buying process, getting us in to view promising properties before their first open house, and providing words of encouragement whenever we started to lose hope of finding out first home. Lorrie is very knowledgeable about the Winchester area home market.
Lorrie also remained patient through this entire process. We were picky home buyers, but didn't feel pressured by Lorrie as the months turned into years during our search.
Lorrie really came through for us during negotiation of our offer for the home we eventually purchased. She navigated this critical discussion with an expert eye for finding the deal that would end up satisfying everyone, and indeed it did.
We would highly recommend Lorrie as a real estate agent.

Lorrie's professionalism and dedication to her clients is outstanding. We contacted her months prior to moving into the state and she immediately began to build our understanding of the local communities and both the plus and minus aspects of the communities we considered. She took the time to get to know our family before we arrived and as a result was able tailor the experience toward our needs. Even after the purchase (which she walked us through step by step) she has kept in touch with us to make sure we continue to be happy in our purchase and to continue building upon her already excellent knowledge of the local communities. I would recommend her to my closest friends and certainly work with her again.

Lorrie Parajeckas is the best in her field. She advised us from the start on how to stage and list our property and it sold almost immediately. She also found us a new home to move to in record time because she listened carefully and took the time to understand how our family works and where we should be. She was an absolutely joy to work with and I recommend her at the highest level!

Lorrie was intricate in selling our home three years ago and also negotiating a good deal on our current home. I also still call on Lorrie for information on sales in town and property information. She is always very responsive in e-mail and phone conversations.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $400K in Winchester, MA.
I had 3 different agents trying sell my house in Winchester Ma,and none were successful until I met Lorrie. She was very aggressive and eager to sell my house and it showed. Would highly recommend her and would turn to her first if the need arose.
Even though we bough our house over two years ago, we've kept in touch with Lorrie. She's still just as thoughtful and attentive as ever!
