Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Durham, NC.

A friend of mine recommended Louis to me after using him when purchasing his own house. Louis was incredibly helpful when it came to knowing what to look for in a home. I am admittedly pretty ignorant when it comes to identifying any red flags or potential issues with aspects of a home, but that's exactly where Louis shines. Crawling through a crawlspace, recognizing poor handiwork with a repair/installation, identifying piping, etc. He did it all. I don't plan on buying/selling a home again in the near future, but when I do Louis will be my first call.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Rolesville, NC.

This the second time we used Louis Guillama, and like the first time had a vonderful experience. Louis was extremely helpful, and answered all the questions we had. I would most definitely use Daymark and Louis again if we move back to the Raleigh area again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Holly Springs, NC.

Louis was crucial in getting the house that I wanted. I was put in contact with Louis through Daymark Realty, and once I was the response was very prompt. We were able to find a property quickly, which is mostly why I wanted a buying realtor in the first place, but where Louis really came through was -

- Working the offer paperwork extremely quickly, and on off hours, once I made the decision to buy. This was above and beyond. - Having a great eye while looking through the house for problems and issues. - Recommending equally professional home buying services (Inspector, HVAC service, and general contractor)

In short, I'll be contacting Louis again if I ever need real estate services in the future.
