Rocky helped me buy my home, and also helped me sell the same home a few years later. He was very knowledgible, and extremely pleasant. During the time we were looking for our home, Rocky spent countless 5 and 6 hour days driving around with me, showing me homes and educating me about the various intricacies of the San Diego real estate market. When it came time to sell my home, he again dedicated himself to selling my home in a time when the market was extremely bad, and my neighborhood had multiple listings priced comparably to mine. He tirelessly dedicated his weekends to open houses, and was able to get my house sold and closed in less than two months. I have spoken to other real estate agents, and it is extremely obvious that Rocky is not only intelligent and well-versed in the market, but he is personable and takes the extra time necessary to make sure that we were comfortable with the choices we were making. He is a top agent and a very friendly professional man.
