Sold a home in 2012.Summary:
I’m an amazed client of Louise Kelly Decker.
We listed my property on Wednesday and went into contract by the following Wednesday. First we listed it at the right price for that location and market, 2nd Louise was able to do all of the listing details in less than a week from the time I retained her.
Now, for the amazing part, if you are not already amazed at how quick we went into contract. Louise helped maintain the sale with constant contact between myself and the buyers through their agent. She was able to facilitate a meeting to resolve a difficult discrepancy between the buyer’s attorney and my attorney on what could have resulted in the loss of the sale. We were to have work done and it was not clearly defined. When we met at the property Louise, myself, the buyers, buyer realtor and contractor were all present. The questions were resolved. As a result of that meeting, all parties were satisfied and the sale commenced.
Selling a home is not always easy. Louise is a realtor who is supportive, reliable and dedicated. She took away a lot of those stresses. She was knowledgeable and competent to see it through. Louise you are priceless. I referred Louise to 2 people, one has not called her yet and other is being listed very soon.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Louise Decker is the ultimate professional. She is highly motivated and was extremely focused in working with us in purchasing a waterfront condominium at the Essex and Sussex facility in Spring Lake, NJ. She demonstrated a high degree of knowledge associated with all the areas that she services and answered all our questions thoroughly regarding those areas, and in particular the area of Spring Lake and the property that we ultimately purchased. She also demonstrated a high level of experience and professionalism in negotiating and finalizing our offer. She went out of her way to hand-carry our final offer to the buyer's broker (over an hours drive at an early hour of the morning) to insure meeting a deadline when the process got into the final stages of competition. Louise never once pressured us; she was always accessible and always a pleasure to work with.
