Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Westford, MA.
Louise was amazing to work with. She was extremely nice and patient with us while we looked for our perfect house. From start to finish, she was responsive, informative, and helped out with whatever we needed, going beyond the call of duty. She also put in the extra work to look in areas that are outside her normal coverage when we decided to expand our search. We HIGHLY recommend her as your agent. She's certainly at the top of our list!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Ayer, MA.
Louise Knight was a wonderful guide in helping my husband and I to find our first home. As we are on a tight budget we asked her to help us find short-sale properties. She did a lot of research and made herself available on weekdays and weekends. And she always responded promptly to any call or email. Louise found us the perfect house in a great area. She walked us through the process and was very effective in dealing with the Seller's agent. Buying a short-sale home can be an exercise in frustration, but Louise was very reassuring and kept us positive and well-informed throughout the process. She also recommended a lawyer and other professionals to assist us. She even had the names of a great painter and electrician to work on projects after we closed on our new home. I can't imagine having a better experience with a realtor. She's a real professional and also a warm and caring person you think of as a friend, The FitzPatricks

Louise is the BEST!!!!!
She helped us bought our first home. Her 14 years experience of being a real estate agent was very helpful in choosing which to look. She is a good listener. She took notes of every single, tiny request that we had. She gave us very useful advices on choosing the right town based on our price range. She is always available and fixable on her schedule to meet ours. I would highly recommended Louise to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Westford, MA.
Louise is the best! We first met her when she was representing the sellers for a property that we purchased. She impressed us so much with her fierce advocacy for her clients that we knew we wanted her on our side of the bargaining table when the time came to sell the house we were previously living in. She priced our property so perfectly that we had two offers within 48 hours of the first open house at a time where most of our neighbors have had theirs on the market for 6 months or more. I can't recommend Louise highly enough!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Groton, MA.
I used Louise Knight to sell my house in Groton, MA in the spring of 2012. I can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to friends and family, and would use her services again without hesitation.
Prior to going with Louise, I interviewed three other realtors in the Groton area. Only Louise had the combination of RE savvy, marketing experience, local knowledge, and negotiating skill.
I had already moved out of Groton and wanted to move the property as quickly as possible while getting market value for the house. She helped with some pointers on preparing the house – suggested what to do and what not to do (because the cost/benefit didn’t work).
She did a great job setting the price halfway between fire sale and overpriced, developing a marketing plan, and setting a strategy for selling the house. She brought in several buyers working with her and her associates prior to the open house not only to show the house, but also to get quick feedback on the property. I had an offer within a week of going on the market for better than 98% of the asking price. Louise then helped me through the negotiation of the P&S, keeping the buyer moving to closing, and getting the required inspections done. The house closed within 6 weeks of the offer.

I can't say enough about Louise Knight's exceptional service and commitment in selling our home. We had worked with other realtors in the past with our attempts to sell our house and they all pale in comparison to Louise.
We never had to call her for updates, she kept us in the loop from list to sale. She came up with several media's to market our home. She gave us great suggestions in how to present our home at it's best and provided an honest recommendation for a listing price. Louise is overall a professional, nice woman to work with. She had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I enthusiastically recommend choosing Louise for your listing agent.

Sold a single family Colonial in Pepperell, MA
We interviewed several agents and really liked Louise the best. Her firsthand knowledge of the area, listening skills and a perfect mix of enthusiasm, confidence and assertiveness was what we needed to sell our house in a tough market. Previous attempts to sell with other realtors were not successful, but with Louise we were able to sell our house in the middle of winter. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone in the area. MB

Louise was great to work with. She took care to get to know what type of property my wife and I were looking for and showed us the properties that suited us best. We could not be happier with the house we ended up purchasing. She was actually the listing agent for this property and acted as a dual agent for us - she was very honest and fair during negotiations. Her knowledge of the local area was also very beneficial in choosing where to look. Highly recommended!

Sold a home in 2011.
The process of selling a house in this market can be (is) very stressful - especially if you've never been through it before. But Louise guided me through it and was a joy to work with. She was always available and worked diligently to market my property. I would highly recommend working with her - without hesitation.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Lunenburg, MA.
We first met Louise when she was the listing agent for a short-sale condo we were interested in. We were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism that we asked her to list our house. She painlessly guided us through the sale of our home, which was located on a not-so-desirable busy street an hour's drive from her office, and the purchase of a short-sale condo with all of its rules and regulations. It was important to us that we sold our home before passing on the condo for financial reasons but the bank calls the shots once you make an offer on a short sale. Louise made it all work out perfectly! She was in constant contact with us, keeping us up-to-date on the progress of both our sale and our purchase. Her compassion during the stressful times was genuine and she worked tirelessly to make our dream come true. I would highly recommend Louise to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a home.
