Bruce is everything you would hope for in a realtor. He knows the details of the properties, he is patient, he answers questions promptly--whether by email, text or in person--, he is low pressure, he is with you all the way through the process. Bought a home in 2013.

My husband and I met a lot of Realtors because we wanted to make sure we were working with only the very best. We finally settled on just one: Bruce Moore. Bruce is patient, particularly given how "picky" I am (a point other realtors lost no time pointing out) and was never pushy or annoyed (in fact, he was amused, if anything). We were first-time buyers, and we could not have been more pleased. Bruce never tried forcing us into picking a house just to make a deal; to the contrary, he says taking the time to find the right place is what he's there for, some of his "oldest" clients have been looking for more than four years now! He is also very responsive and highly effective, regularly scheduling multiple showings on very short notice, even AFTER other realtors failed to set up showings for the same places. He worked with our schedule as well, making himself available on short notice on nights and weekends, and he is an excellent communicator, always giving us advance notice of when he would be out of town and possibly out of contact. Perhaps most importantly, he is genuinely transparent and honest -- I say genuinely, because many claim this but few actually achieve it. We could be assured that when we asked his opinion about anything, he would give us a straight answer every time, for better or for worse, and in the rare cases when he was not 100% sure of something (very rare: he knows Louisville's neighborhoods extremely well), he would do the research and get back to us quickly with a more definite answer. What was most remarkable was that he routinely pointed out not-so-obvious aspects of a property that might prove to be bothersome (e.g., a tight stairway in a Cape Cod making it difficult to put a bed in the upstairs master, or his immediate, accurate impression that an otherwise attractive property was a "cheap flip," before even seeing the inside of it). He is open-minded, adaptable, and able to take into account long lists of prioritized criteria that other realtors would simply dismiss. He is an excellent listener and faithfully sent us MLS listings that seemed to best fit our criteria, as they appeared (and some even went a step beyond what we would have hoped or expected). He showed us time and again that he truly had our best interests at heart, such as when he warned us, after some initial optimism but in the wake of further developments, that a place that looked perfect for us probably had some major hidden issues, as evidenced by some nuances of the sellers' behavior. His intuition proved spot-on, and it saved us a LOT of trouble. I could go on and on, but to cut the story short, I will simply say this: if you are interested in buying a home and want to buy with confidence and be represented by the best of the best, just go talk to Bruce!  More Less
