Can come across as arrogant/dismissive, but don't be fooled; he knows his stuff, and he's up-front and honest. We previously worked with a realtor who inevitably told us, for EVERY house we saw, "I see you in this house! I think this place is perfect for you!" -- this despite our clearly telling him that some things in those houses were deal-breakers. Bruce, on the other hand, would tell us right out that a place wasn't good for us or that he didn't know much about a neighborhood, instead of playing along as if he did. For that alone we trust and respect him.
